I'm Jess, a product designer previously at Workday, where I was leading the adaptation of collaborative feature discovery processes among product teams, and building B2B ML-assisted accounting tools.

Prior to Workday, I was at Later, leading the design of a two-sided creator marketplace, while working closely with PM's, developers, and fellow designers. My other experience includes designing data visualization interactions and leading UX research at Explo, as well as building UBC’s first design system.

Drawing from my experience in design systems, interaction design, and UX research, I create solutions that balance business objectives with user needs.
